User Licenses. User Licenses are acquired for periods of one month. Each period starts on the first day of a month and ends on the last day of that month. Fees are not pro-rated (i.e. if you purchase a license on 15 September, you will pay the full month fee). You can freely increase and decrease the number of licenses you own. When reducing licenses, be sure to do so before the end of the month so you are not charged for the next month.
